At Hartlyn, we carefully pack every order with attention and care, and we do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During launches, promotions, or busy gifting seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is any unexpected delay with your order, we’ll let you know.
Shipping Within South Africa
We currently ship nationwide across South Africa.
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Estimated delivery times:
- Main centres: 2–4 business days
- Regional & outlying areas: 3–6 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel.
If you haven’t received tracking information within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll gladly assist.
Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct before completing your order.
Hartlyn cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist before dispatch.
Delays
While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery delays can occasionally happen due to weather, courier demand, public holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.
We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you updated.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your parcel arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos where applicable.
We’ll review the issue and assist as quickly as possible.
Local Pickup
If Hartlyn offers collection or local pickup in future, details will be communicated at checkout.
International Shipping
At this stage, Hartlyn ships within South Africa only.
